
Student Nomination Form
Attention High School Principals, Teachers, Guidance Counselors and Community Leaders:
Student participation Service Learning in Public Policy is based on a nomination process. You are invited to nominate students who meet the following criteria:
- 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Interest in community service
- High academic standing (minimum 3.5 weighted GPA)
If student address is unavailable, their nomination materials and correspondence will be mailed to his/her school.
