Creating a Legacy for Tomorrow…

Freedoms Foundation’s Planned Giving Program provides you with a broad range of opportunities to provide lasting support of the Foundation’s mission through charitable contributions that are incorporated into your financial, tax or estate plan.

  • Immediate tax relief through an income tax charitable deduction
  • Annual income for life or for a period of years
  • Reduction or elimination of capital gains taxes on transfer of long-term appreciated assets
  • Reduction of estate taxes
  • Transfer assets to heirs at reduced tax rates

Planned Gift Opportunities:

Charitable Bequest – a bequest naming Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge in your will or as a codicil to your will

Gifts that transfer assets to children and grandchildren – charitable lead trusts

Gifts of Life Insurance – naming Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge as a beneficiary or owner of the policies

Gifts of Real Property – residences with a retained life interest

Other Types of Gift Planning Vehicles – revocable trusts, IRA accounts, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, and savings accounts
